For hygiene reasons, lingerie items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
We only accept returns or replacements in case of:
Damaged products
Defective items
Incorrect items received
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
Order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Products showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or misuse will not be eligible.
After verification, we may offer:
Replacement of the product
Store credit
Cash refunds are not offered.
